I got this message on screen. I checked agree and press confirm but it shows up again. What is this??

If i am correct you agreed to sending diagnostic data reports. like logcats to help the developers keep track of any errors you've experienced automatically instead of requesting your permission to do so or you on your own choosing to do it manually if you saw fit. btw what app is that for?
