I'm on rooted Stock ML4. Regrettably this fix doesn't work for me on this phone:

Did anyone her get this to work by any chance? Works on my other phone.
I want to set up my own location based to security to avoid having to enter the unlock code ever so often when I'm at home. This can only work if no Email-Administrator is installed (the point of the fix).
