Help with HTC One root problem

Hi Dears


I got a new HTC One International version, tried to root with All-In-One_Kit , everything went OK, except when I ran superuser it says "'SU binary out of date'" and when I tried to update it says ""there was an error installing Superuser"" and no way to update.

could you help please,, ??

Whenever that happens I just go into the Play Store and download SuperSU that usually fixes the problem for me, I prefer it over superuser anyways. Just an alternative.

it is the same

I have downloaded it from the site above

flashed it from recovery, and now superSU says there is no su binary !!!
