I absolutely love Eclipse 3.0 -- best GB rom to date for the Bionic.
I now await with excitement for ICS version of Eclipse Rom.

It's an FYI/informational comment for ppl that just keep this thread bookmarked to get updates and never check the main forum. I never expected anyone to reply here on it, that's all these posts are for. Very common on XDA.

Hmmm.........as one of the new guys on the block, rooting and installing Eclipse 3.0 last week I am anxious to hear from nitro what will become of this fine work.
Will it be left as is?
Will he move to an ICS Eclipse ROM

As I said in a prior post, this is pretty sweet. Had I waited a week I probably would have never ROMMED with Eclipse 3.0. It appears that the ICS is pretty straight forward and harmless if you're totally stock 9.05.
I'm staying here with 3.0 until the dust settles and I see what's up here.

From his site, I think he's working on an ICS build and he's done with GB since most people are on the leak now. 3.0 is amazing as is, so i don't see much to update there.

m not sure if this has been answerd or not,but ever since i dl this rom im having problems with my internet. it always tells me i have no internet connection and i have to reboot the fone to get inrnet back, do i need a new radio or something? any help would be awsome.
Did you upgrade to official .905 first? That has the radio you need before you use this ROM.

VZW issue. Happened to me with every GB rom I tried. I'm on the ICS leak now and it's more frequent since I flashed than it's been in a long time.

Loving this ROM
This has never once happened to me, and I have flashed about 30 different roms to this phone (GB and ICS). If it is a Verizon issue, then it is just in your area.

I agree. My coworker using his Dinc2 on Verizon here was having this issue. My Bionic was not.
His eventually stopped doing it though.
Calls to Verizon for help were fruitless.
i get the same issue, sometimes ill get like 10 of the same text, battery pull usually fixes

I've been trying to figure out the multiple texts forever... doesn't appear to be app or rom related. I really think it is a verizon issue. Man it gets annoying sometimes...

That doesn't matter. All that means is that you flashed a rom based on the 905 system, but it does not necessarily mean that your radio has been updated. What is your baseband version?

Hmm, that is correct. You should FXZ to .902 again then update to .905 via stock recovery. I left GB officially when ICS leaked though...

Q: What do I need to be running first to flash eclipse?
A: Recommended to be running the 905 OTA build first.
Q: I am rooted and running stock 905 build. Now what?
A: Download Eclipse and place it somewhere on your sdcard.
-Make sure you have the bootstrap installed.
-Install Bootstrap
-Reboot Recovery
-On the main screen of recovery select wipe data
-Next select install zip from sd card. Select the eclipse zip, install and reboot!
Q: I lost my radio/data!
A: You must be running 905 in order for the radio to work properly
Q: I am geting force closes and other weird stuff
A: It is highly recommended to wipe data each time you flash eclipse. If the problem persists I would re-download the rom, wipe data and flash again.

I should have this on my server at home. I will find it tonight for you.Does anyone have a link for this rom? I remember it's awesomeness. My Xt1080m is being repaired, and my Rezound's battery sucks. and wireless charging doors for the Bionic are only $5 on ebay. (so clearly, the door is coming to me in the mail, and I am rocking old school on my last fully functional Bionic. lI want to keep my original web top intact, but cannot live with the stock rom anymore.

Yes there will be updates for this on a regular basis. I put out status updates on twitter as well as test builds if you would like to keep up to date on where I am with Eclipse.
I am a one man team so I cannot possibly get around to answering everything or reading every forum and still have a life. lol. Most of the activity is found on a different forum for the bionic.
