can't send files via bluetooth m3100

Hi there.
I just got an orange m3100. I tried to send files via bluetooth from my computer but I could not. It said that FTP service not found on the device.

I also tried to send photos, musics from mobile phones (sony, nokia, and moto) but it also failed.

Does anybody have the same problem ?

Have you enabled all beams in your settings>connections>beam?

I've just enabled all beams and it works when sending files from mobiles. Thank you.

However when I tried to send a file from a computer. it still says that FTP service not found on the device.

please help..
