[Q] Notice screen problem on LG Optimus L3

Hi
I have this screen on a LG Optimus L3 (E405), after the LG logo.
I try to flash it, th phone go on android the first time and work correctly
but if i reboot it return on this screen

please what is this? and how can i fix it?

Try to install clockworkmod recovery before flashing a Custom ROM. I suggest you to do a backup of your stock recovery before installing a new one. You may want everything to be stock. I forgot to do this. So I hope you won't make this mistake

use KDZ to flash to stock ROM or check this GUIDE
