Start Service from a other app

Hi, my question is how can I start a service in another app?
I get every time securtiy problems.

My app is called com. chat and the service I want to start is in com.foreign.app
Service.NameChat News

as far as I know, you can't and should not be able to without it being exposed in some way by the developer of said app.

Maybe broadcasts if there are receivers for that in the app
