Head over to the general section and look at the sticky guide to rooting.

Follow exactly what i mentioned if you want to root sucessfully on locked bootloader, i was tried and its work perfectly.
First you have to download the files:
download flashtool here >
https://unrestrict.li/flashtool
1. You have to downgrade the firmware to .532 witch is able to support root so download file either direct or torrent here >
http://xdaforums.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=3442 and download Official firmware 14.3.A.0.757.FTF from here >
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2453921 which is need to flash certain files from there, which is called stripped.FTF
if the C6833_14.1.B.1.532_NUT.ftf showed as .zip , simply you change .zip to .ftf and flash via flashtool.
2. Next download root file from binary here >
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1886460
After download, you have to run.bat then have option there, choose 0 < it's root for ZUltra (you must turn on usb debugging on XZU) you will sucessfully rooted XZU
3. Next you have to install XZUrecovery, so download here >
http://nut.xperia-files.com/ ( download files name ZU-lockeddualrecovery2.7.123-BETA.installer.zip (9.37MB) and ZU-lockeddualrecovery2.7.123-BETA.flashable.zip (7.63MB) )
Use installer.zip to push recovery on XZU While flashable.zip is flash together with custom ROM.
If you want to enter recovery > turn off XZU wait for few second and turn on > when you feel viberate > hold volume down button until enter to recovery
3. Next you have to update firmware from .532 back to 757 > you can choose either custom from monX here >
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2606414 or
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2712899 (download flashable.zip)
4.Next enter to recovery and make flash the flasable.zip and ZU-lockeddualrecovery2.7.123-BETA.flashable.zip and don't reboot to system, make power off XZU
Then go to flashtool flash the Official 14.3.A.0.757.FTF(Only exclude system.sin) and untick on wipe app, cache and data.
Done,
you have rooted XZU with recovery.
I am sorry for the poor english, i try the best to help
