1.Download the bootanimation

2.Move it to sd card

3.Use Root Explorer or any app which gives Root Permissions

4.Mount as r/w

5.Then move it to system/media

6.Reboot and Enjoy ..

NOTE:- Do change the Name of ur bootanimation to "bootanimation" ... !!

Where to copy bootanimation.zip on stock rom? because it's not in system/media

Rename "bootanimation.zip" to "hTC_bootup_one.zip" then, Move at = system\customize\resource.

Not necessary .. What's the use of flashing when you can simply get bootanimation by pushing it in system

That is a good idea but you have to resize all the png`s and modify desc.txt

Do get rid of boot animation sound, just search for poweron.ogg in system/etc ..

the above command wont work because the /system is not mounted as rw so I created a small tool to help all people not understanding how to flash them...
