when will tizen come out?

They Annouced february 2014 as the official start date for the first Tizen Phones that will be available to the public.
Intel and Samsung will show devices that will most likely run on Version 3.0 of the Tizen Mobile Operating System
The devices will be around the same price as the S series of Samsung (e.g S4)
