3. Change permission to rw-r--r--

4 reboot

Gave his a shot on the Sprint varient and can't get it to stick after a reboot. Works perfect until a reboot though. Any suggestions?

LG shutter sound camera

This worked great. Do you know how to silence the burst shot shutter.without using xposed.

If you push the sound button up or down on the back of your LG3, choose don't disturb on. then the LG3 will be in silent mode, including when taking photo's. No more shutter sound, no apps needed.

Should be more to silence the continuance shot?

Yes, if you are still interested, there is one more file you should replace into ui called "continuous_shot.ogg". All these 7 files are the same blank file with different names, so take any of them, copy it to another folder on your desktop and rename it into continuous_shot.ogg and then upload to your phone's /system/audio/media/ui. I'd backup up the original ogg first, for future use.
Also, there is one more file there related to the cam named "VideoRecord.ogg" but it doesn't seem to be used anywhere, so I didn't replace it with a blank one.

SOLVED.

Change the build.prop to these:
Code:
ro.build.target_operator=OPEN
ro.afwdata.LGfeatureset=OPENBASE
