[Q][How To] extract files from the firmware

Hello guys ..so I need a way to extract files from my xperia z firmware 4.3 are there any way ??
I push the firmware to 7Zip but I didn't see what I want to see it ! I just see this forlders :crying:

Use the Flashtool to extract .sin files to .ext4 and then ext2explorer to unpack the files you got by using flashtool.
sorry but what is the meaning of ext2explorer ?
Download this tool http://sourceforge.net/projects/ext2read/files/Ext2Read ver 2.0/ext2explore 2.0 beta/
then open the .ext4 file and then click save
