Big Thanks to "alray" for the newer layout of this information. Appreciated !
HUUUGE Thanks to Exocetdj for the constant effort you put in to maintaining this thread !!

Note that the Country doesn't necessarily mean you will get it if you are located in that Country, it is BASED ON CID and not the Country, different CID's find their way to various countries due to importing etc THIS ALSO WORKS THE OTHER WAY ROUND, if your CID is listed but you havent got the update, it will be your location. For example: HTC_001 has recieved the update, but UK HTC__001 users have not. Due to them being in the UK !

Please post all the relevant information complying with the OP to submit your confirmation. Screenshots would also be a useful addition to your confirmation

FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO REPORT YOUR OTA UPDATE!

CID :
-Location :
-Carrier :
-Hboot ver. :
-Software Number:
Updating through the RUU method (LOSES USER DATA!):

Step 1: Backup your internal phone sd to a pc/mac..

step 2: Download the JellyBean FirmWare Upgrade Tool
Firmware Upgrade Thread

Step 3: Unzip the download to a folder, making sure all files within the ZIP are located in the same folder.

Step 4: Open the Firmware upgrade tool entitled "JBFWFlasher.bat" and choose
option 1, "type 1 press enter" it will show a warning just press any key
and continue.

step 5: On screen once through all warnings it will ask you to do all sorts,
just reboot phone into fastboot by turning off the phone then holding vol
down and power until you get the hboot menu, then select fastboot, connect
phone to pc using usb cable. (Alternativly, issue the fastboot command: fasboot reboot bootloader)

step 6. It will then ask a question about your hboot mine was 1.12 so my answer
was no, after this you should see a menu to select your current cid, choose
your CID from the selected lists. Once done it will mention locking your bootloader, click OK it should then state the bootloader is already unlocked.

Step 7: It will ask to reboot phone into RUU mode, reboot into RUU mode using the steps provided. Continue by pressing any key to flash the firmware. Once the firmware has flashed your hboot should now be 1.36.you can now close the firmware tool.

Step 8: As your phones internal memory i.e os has been wiped you will no
longer be able to boot into any os just yet. at this point with your
phone still connected via usb and run htc ruu until it completes.

If all is well and the guide has been successfully followed.
Enjoy JellyBean

I think you have bad information regarding Israel.
Israel's official CID is HTC__K18, and the version number is X.XX.461.XX - and at the moment no updates are available.

No not bad information, its a Taiwan CID but is located within Israel, may be a bit mis-leading I agree, but cannot think of a better way to lay it out.

Something like this:

Carrier: Unbranded
Location: Taiwan, Israel, Australia
CID: HTC__621
...etc...

or something like this:

Carrier: Unbranded
Location: Taiwan (confirmation from: Taiwan, Israel, Australia)
CID: HTC__621
...etc...

Guys just to keep the questions less, OTA are sent to devices by IMEI numbers only! Your CID only determines whether it can be installed or not. HTC sends the OTA to the target IMEI depending on location of sale. So don't worry about it if you need the official update it should come within a week.(if the india ota is official)

Just a little piece of info, please don't bite my head off.

This is not a OTA ETA or anything like that.

I have spoken to HTC (Romania) the other day regarding a little "issue" that my phone had, got solved in the mean time, and he suggested I should wait a "Few more days" because they are working on the last few issues and problem the OTA pressented in the initial release and will soon be available for the general public. I should be less than a week until we all, unbranded, will receive the OTA. :D

No print or screenshot for me to share just the word-of-mouth and my pure hope and faith in the people. :D

Best regards.

Gold and fortune await you in the west, young man...

HTC is simply bull****ting their customers...got no other explanation...Its a crappy joke that almost all developers got working 4.1 or even 4.2 versions while HTC keeps telling there´s still some final testing to be done...C´mon...honestly...
