Has anyone recently gotten a S4 refurb? I ask because I have a slight screen issue (screen fades brighter at the bottom) and I would like to get one that doesn't have this problem. It's starting to bother me. Anyway, I will not use a ME7 or above device, I will not tolerate being stuck to safe strap. So is there a chance I would get a MDK device? Or are all of them being shipped with new software? If so, does anyone have any suggestions for a fix that doesn't involve vzw or a few hundred dollars?
