Because he is using Superior Auto mode which limits the available resolution to 12MP. On Normal mode, you would be able to use 13MP.

Did anybody noticed there's something wrong? AT&T firmware on a non AT&T device?
In my opinion, I believe there's some JB ROM flying around.

This is a development prototype (a BROWN phone in old Sony Ericsson terms). The ROM is not available on regular PCC/SEUS/EMMA servers but only on special EMMA logins and OTA. The hardware on this device is slightly different and the keys on the DRM partition are completely different. That's also why there is no AT&T branding on the device itself. So no, there isn't really a JB ROM flying around since this one simply wouldn't work on our regular devices.

Same goes for that regular LT30p from China, BROWN development prototype.

It's nice to see the Phone app still takes a second or two to load completely.

That is just because it is a very database-heavy action. It requires first loading the entire contact database, then the entire call log, group the call log, and then match the phone numbers with their contacts. That's a lot of work, especially if you have a lot of contacts.

Disable the recent call log and it's much, much faster.

Could anyone kindly post a link of the full ROM? From where could I get it?
