You must first be on a 4.4 KITKAT ROM to flash this rom. to prepare your phone.
Follow RLMILLER's Instructions HERE THANKS RLMILLER.

TO INSTALL:
place ROM on ext SD card !

Go into RECOVERY

Go to WIPE

Go to ADVANCED

Select DALVIK CACHE / SYSTEM / DATA / INTERNAL STORAGE / CACHE.

SWIPE TO WIPE

Go back one screen and select FORMAT DATA ... type "YES" and hit "GO"

Go back one screen and Swipe to FACTORY RESET

Go Back to Main Menu

MOST IMPORTANT...Select Reboot then SELECT RECOVERY!!! DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP

After phone reboots... FLASH THE ROM

PRECURSOR... Once you flash to KitKat 4.4.2 you can NOT revert back to 4.3

Well, since you are here... go ahead and press the thanks button I promise it won't hurt

So if you want to get a head start and prepare your phone for @sac23

Back up all data from internal to your external or to a pc. I did not lose anything, but safe is better than sorrow..

Files you will need
ODIN>>> From HERE
ROM>>> From FREEZA HERE (you will need to unzip the file to get to the tar file to use in odin)
CF AUTOROOT>>>> HERE
RECOVERY>>> TWRP HERE (flash in ODIN) or PHILZ HERE

Instructions.

Download files above
powerdown phone completely.
start odin (right click and run as administrator)
start phone in download mode... hold vol down, home, and power all at the same time. press vol up to continue.
plug in usb cable and odin should recognize phone and place a random com ID # in upper left box
auto reboot and F. reset time should be checked.. nothing else !
click in PDA slot and browse to the OTA TAR file......
you should see something like this

Added!!
Enter CS for MD5..
Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
Please wait..
N900PVPUCNAB_N900PSPTCNAB_N900PVPUCNAB_HOME.tar.md5 is valid.
Checking MD5 finished Sucessfully..
Leave CS..

9 you now click start and wait until it says pass and reboots.
10 Unplug and wait for startup.

Now powerdown phone and start up in download mode again.
start odin and plugin phone again.
now click in phone slot and browse to cf auto root file.
you now click start and wait until it says pass and reboots. Unplug and wait for startup.

And lastly....
Now powerdown phone and start up in download mode again.
start odin and plugin phone again.
now click in phone slot and browse to TWRP file
you now click start and wait until it says pass and reboots. Unplug and wait for startup.

You are now on kitkat 4.4.2 stock rooted. and READY FOR @sac23 when he releases the rom.
You most likely will get system notices to install system update... DO NOT ACCEPT THE UPDATE

Edit.... rom is released. After doing these steps you wipe everything except external sd . All flash this bad boy. It's awesome to say the least.
