By the way, you say "flash ROM".
Hmm, I renamed the rom as leoimg.nbh but maybe I'm wrong.... :s
when entering in bootloader mode, no way to flash it...
any other tip except by using the "normal way" as customruu.exe?

If you notice, all minimal WM ROMs specificallly made to optimally run Android on your WM HD2 are located in the HD2 Android Development Forum. Chucky Droid, OzDROID, and now V-B-N clarity/DROID rom are all where they're supposed to be

Of course mate. Mr Sanjeev knows about it...and for your info, this release "IS" for the Leo's Android Community. His WinMo versions of ROMs are the most usable and stable base for my HD2 androids.
