I was given an LG D802 by a friend, it is a 32GB version but is only showing the free amount of the 16. It looks like the phone has been partitioned to use just 16GB, is there a way to re-partition the phone to use all of the 32GB stated in the hardware screen?

The phone was given to me from a network tester that was all reset before given to me. My friend doesnt work on this model but got it from a colleague and has told me it has been partition wrong. Because it is not his model he doesnt have all the LG tools available to him. Also it does state in the Hardware Information tab hat the memory is 32GB.
