Members i am in love with my Galaxy SII just as you all are.I always considered my SGS2 to be a powerful device but we also know that the Motorola Razr is one hell of a competition!!,so i thought of creating a cool bootanimation along with cool sound effects.While booting up,this animation makes my device,look lot like a machine from the movie transformers.

Steps:-

1)Restart and Boot into recovery
2)Flash the zip file
3)Restart to enjoy

OP, can I remove the poweron.wav file prior to flashing (using 7zip)? I love the animation, just don't want the sound. thanks!

EDIT: nevermind, I flashed, rebooted, then removed poweron.wav from /system/etc

thanks again for the animation!

    It will work only if the ROM/Kernel supports it.BTW i just unzipped a cm9 build.It has the required folder structure.I am amazed how this thing is not working..
    Anyways guys just unzip the zip file of this bootanimation and copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media/ using rootexplorer and restart.Report back if that works.
