How to access as mass storage from TWRP?

I run windows 8, got this file: http://www.mediafire.com/download/4y1a2opm8o3ihfx/SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe but it doesn't seem to work. When I connect my phone from twrp I get 2 ghost drives on my computer that say "please insert a disk in drive E/F". When I put Mount on TWRP nothing happens.

Help please !

That could be any random Samsung phone driver.

If you want the correct driver install Kies then connect your phone and the most up to date drivers will be installed, or just google Samsung s3 Drivers.

If you have Android 4.3 you need Kies 3 otherwise the normal one is what you want

I tried both, they didn't recognize my phone while it was in TWRP. I deleted all data on my sdcard so Im scared to do anything else.. please help!

bump.. do I even have a download mode now? I could install from odin something... if I could boot into download mode.
