I'm not sure that this is true, i've found in this thread.

And the answer is, yes. To lock bootloader with Odin just check the box in Odin that says "flash lock"

the similar situation happened with my samsung galaxy. And i don't know way, how to fix it.
Perhaps only replace nand.
