No it is official fully working build not alpha or beta.

Try flashing without wiping data, set local prop to insecure first and hopefully you'll be able to reroot with the emulator hack.

When i flash this with odin, do i loose root and my apps??

Odin is for Samsung phones.. FlashTool is for Xperia. But, if you flash via FlashTool, yes you will lose root and apps.

If I was to flash this ftf, and use DoomLord's kernel, would everything work? Is it compatible?

all you can do is try, but chances are you will need modules (or not i don't know)
but please do let us know if you tried
