Mat, the setup from my previous doesn´t work. Searching on.
Just one suggestion:
Would you consider adding this question to your test protocol ?
- My baseband is:
2.1.1.A.0.6
or
2.1.1.C.0.0
We know from Slade87´s Gintonic times that they require different librils.
/radio interface layer libraries/
ro.telephony.ril.v3=
icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,signalstrength,datacall
you can't delete the bold word, this is needed for the SIM to work
2.1.1.A.0.6 isn't a baseband, but yes, we can consider this too,
i was using 2.1.1.A.0.6 and not 2.1.C.0.0 when i started using customs
if you have time to compare both, i would be happy
(i have no time to try by myself)
_______________________________
i had no time to perform full test, so this is just a preview :
- for very early results (temporary), i feels that condition 2/ doesn't improve anything (just fix the PIN network)
- i don't think there is much difference between 3/ and 4/ (they both have 0dBm problem)
2/
Code:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,signalstrength,datacall,qcomuiccstack
: letting phone idle for the night
but displays properly the dBm :
4/
Code:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=1,icccardstatus,skipbrokendatacall,datacall,qcomuiccstack
:
just to show the 0dBm problem (due to no "signalstrength" argument)
