[Q] Images and data in Bootloop secure?

Hi and sry for my bad English

The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus from my girlfriend is stuck at a boot loop.
The phone is currently still Stock neither rooted nor installed a different recovery system. In Stock Recovery mode you can not get more pure it currently works only the Downloads mode.

How can I now backup the pictures and videos?

I thank you ever. I hope you can help me!

Yes the pictures are in the internal memory.

how it got to bootloop..we need to fix it up...otherwise cant see any solution..no recovery /download mode or nothing.

came just like that. The download mode works perfect.

oki no error..so cn u try to flash custom recovery..that will help us to access internal memory..

1.download twrp 2.5
2. Download odin
3. Here is the instruction to flash recovery using Odin:
First extract the files from Odin Tool archive and place them on your desktop.
After that double click on Odin3 v1.87.exe file to launch the Odin Tool.
Turn OFF your mobile using the power key.
After that put your Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus S7500 smartphone in the download mode (press and hold the Home button + Volume Down button and Power button simultaneously).
After that connect your phone to the computer with the help of USB data cable.
Next from the ODIN Tool, click on the PDA tab and select the twrpRecovery image file for flashing (recovery.tar).
click start only when it shows device is connected
After that click the start button to finish the process.
Once the installation is finished, it will reboot your phone.

DONE..!
