HTC desire s stuck on HTC logo

I have problem with my phone. I tried to install ICS rom and after that the phone was unable to boot. Stuck on HTC logo.
can get into recovery mode, and can I install another rom. all goes well, but again are stuck on HTC logo.
Please help me

How to flash boot loader?

that file system must be for ICS?
did i must convert it to ext3 wit 4EXT

HTC Desire S stuck on boot logo after installing Custom ROM

I have problem with Desire S is that when install custom on phone it after rebooting it stucks on HTC logo screen and did not proceed to rom setup...!!!

I have hboot 2.02.002, S-off , recovery 4ext and ulcoked boot loader via HTC dev..

i have also tried the command fastboot flash boot boot.img but it did'nt proceed...

Don't jump on someone else's thread - especially one that is almost 18 months old. It's very bad form. Also you have already asked this question here [Q] Installing Custom ROM problem on desire s hboot 2.02.002 so please don't multi-post as it just annoys people :eek:
