I9300 4.3 sim unlock

Hello! I just bought a Samsung Galxy S3, and it's locked on Vodafone Romania network, running jellybean 4.3. How can i unlock it so i can use it on any network? Is there any free option? Or is there any site that provides an unlock code through payment? I'm willing to pay, but i don't want to get scamed, i want a secure site that any of you has used. Thanks

OK, so here's what i done by now. I managed to go back to a 4.1.2 version that has MG4 baseband (efs v2). afaik, on 4.1.1 you could unlock the phone through the service menu (#197328640#) method. Is it possible to downgrade to 4.1.1 with MG4 baseband and unlock the phone through the service menu?
