[Q] Playstation Mobile?

Hi guys, I'm just wondering how to fix the 8008103E error message from this app. I saw it on Venom Hub and it piqued my interest haah but when I launch it I just get this message. I've seen flashable files online but I don't want to flash random things on my phone -_- does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

I read that sony is no longer going to keep there support for PlayStation mobile. Maybe that's the issue

I happen to have a titabackup of this an I restored it an all is working well. Just throwing that out there as well.
