Does Cyanogenmod 11 for s3 mini which is based on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 Support "TRIM" ??
It does. TRIM support was included by Google to AOSP 4.3 and above and CM11 is based upon AOSP 4.4 so yes, it does. Try running LagFix app from the PlayStore. It should work well.
