Ok. So first of all you have to use ADW Launcher to look good, then change the Desktop layout. Rows 6, Columns 8. Make 6-8 DesktopVisualizer Tiles (Size 2x1) and put them in the Middle of the Screen. Also make 1 or 2 Tiles with the Size 1x1.
Then you can play. See attach for the icons.

I made and edited some of yout tile's wich i wanted to share with you all.
If you use the tiles, think about hitting the thnx button

I do it with Adobe Photoshop CS5.
But you can also use paint from Windows7 or Paint.net/Gimp wich are both freeware.
Just make sure you save your icons as a PNG file.
Made the attached file in like 5min.
Edit: Icon's added to previous collection.

Its a widget from Minimalistic text. U can find the setings files for that and other things on the Website. Or you can make your own.

where do you get the icons for the folders (network, ...)? They lokking really cool and it is also my way of imaging.

1- Download Minimalist Texto from google play

2- add a minimalist text widget (6x1)
3- in Background color, set a transparent color you like and press new color
4- press Predefined Layout > Custom
5- press custom layout
6- drag the "hour text" "minute" and "minute" forms from the above panel to the bottom panel (to delete) when you removed all of them press the back buttom on your tablet OS.
7- check "Disable action on tap" if you want to nothing happens when you click on the bar.
8- click OK and customize the size of your bar =)[/quote]
