Can this be used for Hellfire Phoenix Roms or is it just ICS Roms only? I want to try it but I also want to see if anyone has first.

Make a backup of your messaging app, then replace it with this one. Will take about 5 minutes to know if it works, rather than waiting for an answer.
I have no issues sending and receiving mms. Just tried it and it works just fine. Do you have your APN setup correctly? Is your RIL matching your baseband?

I had the same issue too, backed up old mms reinstalled and MMS works again, im on the phone with tmobile as I type to see if they can get it working with the updated black .apk if not its back to stock for me

Yeah I did the same thing. Sucks tho because I love the theme.
How did you guys installed the Black MMS? Did you flash it under Recovery or did you just replaced the apk file? Did you clean the cache, Dalvik cache and fix permissions?

Sent from my LG-P999 using XDA1I loved this from the moment I saw it, can't go without flashing on every ICS ROM I use. You should change op to say "Inverted/Black SMS.apk for ICS" because it works on AOKP as well as CM9.1
It's the same as this one but pic messaging works. Pm me your email and I can send you the apk. I don't remember where I got it from.I did alot of Google searching lol.
