Based off of official OTA update

New Update 3/21/13 (v3.0)
Click the "click to download latest rom build" button to dl. Wipe cache+dalvik, then flash. Once booted, flash the latest superuser from rom manager. google now and duplicate messages bugs fixed, )

How To Install
Wipe Cache+Dalvik
Wipe data /Factory Rest
Flash Rom
Reboot and proceed with setup
Boot back Into Recovery
Flash The Latest Update Package
Wipe Cache+Dalvik
Reboot, and you're done!
If you would like to hide the sense apps so you only see aosp, go to apex settings>drawer settings>hidden apps>then check off Call History, Mail, Messages, People, Phone, and Voice Mail

When you go to the brightness option in the settings, it crashes but you can change the brightness via the status bar or power controll widget

FYI: phone.android crashes hard and sends the device into a boot loop if there's no service.

EDIT: Upon first boot, before any setup was offered, it said it couldn't detect what country I was in. It was in the phone app/process, and was trying to get something about a country code. Then the phone process crashed, and it brought me to my home screen. Which is fine I guess, I can go through setup in the settings I think.

Very smooth and responsive. Very clean build too, love that.

One bug I've found so far, it that in the camera, when you go into settings and edit something (i.e. number of pixels), those settings become unresponsive to touches, and you have to kill the camera app to access those adjustments again.

EDIT: Quickboot is enabled by default. Switch this off if you want to be able to boot into Hboot/recovery. If not, this does a frickin great job of booting in like 8 seconds or less. Insane. This might be a sense feature though, I think it'll go away when you flash the aosp settings.

Also get a FC in settings > sound > volume, also happened in jester's.
