I saw another 'bug': when there's the lockscreen, it is (i dont know if it happens only on my phone) very, very slow to unlock!
It i think becuz of CPU. it takes long..... to turn it up, so confirmed!

I wonder if there's a way to disable deep sleep or mitigate it... Does anyone know something about it?
Not meant to spam.
Deep sleep is something like the lowest CPU frequence. Usually the phone set it after a while. If you use some apps even if the phone is locked (aka Music or else) the CPU frequence will be set to 122 MHz instead of deep sleep.
You can use something like CPU tuner in order to set a screen-lock profile with the CPU set to 122 MHz. It won't be deep sleep... you'll use more battery, but it'll be not slow at unlock.

Yup, my brand new mobo (AsRock P67 Pro3 - LGA1155) have broken CPU socket - two of RAM slots aren't working.
I have to send it to service in begin of next week.
Caused of that, release can be delayed a little bit, but will be in this week.

First off great work, so far it looks really promising!

- Sometimes a reboot when wifi is turned on/off (same happened to me on CM7.2 as well)
- No camera preview
- Several times I couldn't pick up incoming calls, the phone just froze

hmm then I don't know why, but XXKS2 has been reported many times to have this problem, you can try using another baseband as you experience this both on cm7 and cm9
It was fine on stock, but I can give it a try. Mostly I leave wifi on when I am out.
It is a bit of a gamble whether it will reboot or not when I turn it on/off.

delanoister has a collection of baseband files, so you only flash a baseband and not a full rom.
search in the dev section, its on page 3 or something..
BTW, in ace updater-scripts, it also says flashing modem and assert install amss file... ace can flash basebands trough recovery?

- packet data with 2G(GPRS/EDGE) & 3G (UMTS/HSDPA)

Not Working:
- 3 pin headset (must have ICS source to fix it)
- hardware acceleration (our gpu libraries from gingerbread is not 100% working on ICS. and qualcomm isnt release libraries for ICS yet)
- camera (problem with HAL)
- FM Radio
- BLN (liblight from gingerbread is not working. need to recompile liblight with some modification for BLN. the problem is i dont have ICS source)
- find bug? just report it
