Camera doesn't focus

Please help!
I install this ROM to my Desire Z, and found that the camera can't get auto-focus, and actually, it can't get focus at all.

The Play Store/Market rarely show app updates, later I found that many of the installed apps have newer versions, but a message 'your device isn't compatible with this item' instead of the update option was shown. Anyone came across with this?

"unfortunately android os stopped working"

every time i try to setup an app that requires my gmail account permissions (i.e. voice), i get this popup, which unfortunately does not allow me to allow access, i've fixed permissions, reflashed the gapps, cleared cache etc etc. is this a common problem or am i just forgetting to do something?

I noticed another issue, the auto brightness need a bit of tweaking. Sometime it cannot detect the dark e.g. cloudy days and the screen brightness can go a bit haywire.

Yes! I knew there had been something awesome cooking for a while now! I'll wait and see what people say about the latest update, i'm dying for a stable ICS daily driver!

Keyboard back light fixed even without auto brightness? And flash doesn't work?? No bashing intended but seems like a step backwards in terms of camera

Im coming from Andromadus Audacity beta 2 and after using this rom for about an hour i can say this. Audacity beta 2 is MUCH SMOOTHER then this rom but this rom performs very fast! Audacity is fast and smooth when it wants to be but the lag from beta 2 has almost drove me crazy!!! this rom has no lag WHEN IT COMES TO OPENS APPS, USING THE KEYBOARD, DOWNLOADING APPS and so on. The only lag that this rom has is when scrolling though homescreens on the launcher but other than that this is a very solid rom. I'll be sticking with this till Andromadus can fix the lagg and slowness in their upcoming beta 3 but for now im really enjoying this Rom and im in love with the bootanimation :)

    Sorry for the inactivity, i have buy a laptop for cheap and i was configuring a build environment for ICS, who may work with JellyBean too.
    I have succeeded to build ICS from scratch and now i'm almost ready for a new release, need to fix and update the 3.0 kernel before any new release, the frame buffer is broken at this moment. and the WI-FI hotspot have been fix. :victory:

    A lot of people say that i should make a CM10 build to have more chose. :confused:.
    Like blk_jack have say earlier i'm using some Andromadus commit for my kang.
    Well my CM10 build will look a lot like Flinny test build but mine will be more proper, more CM10 related, less

    You're acting like a complete dummy who can't figure out the basics of flashing ROMs 101. Seriously, read some of the stickied posts and stop ignoring the advice people have already given you in this thread.

    To summarize for you, not that I think you'll read this reply but I might as well give it a go:

    1. CyanogenMod cannot bundle gapps with their ROMs due to Google (licensing restrictions)
    2. You flash gapps through your recovery, just like you do when installing a ROM
    3. You can create a flashable zip from within Titanium Backup that you can flash with your ROM to have TiBu automatically installed w/o market access

    Honestly though, I think you really should stick w/ stock. There are things you have to do to install ICS properly (make sure your partitions are ext4, etc) that I simply don't think you're equipped enough to handle. As they say, KISS.

    with all the new things from cyanogen git :)

    will try OMX integrated before any new release, but if you make pressure for a new release i will do it :)
