Problem connect to a wifi (wifi limit)

Hi guys

I can connect to any network i want
it just that i cant connect our university wifi

i think the problem that our university wifi has a limit (maybe only 300 students can connect)
because when i go early to university i can connect easily

my question is , Is there anyway i can connect while more than 300 students are connected ?
for example if i can disconnect them or something similar.

By the way the wifi has no password.
