Trying to achieve the following setup and am having a really tough time making it happen:

Can't seem to find a kernel for my toro with V4L2 settings enabled, and as someone not familiar with Linux I am finding it extremely challenging to compile my own kernel.
My end goal is to have my toro tucked in my car's glovebox away from thieves and excessive sunlight so that I may use my Kiwi OBD2 module for full time dashcam recording using Torque Pro with the Track Recorder plugin.
I have the Verizon (toro) Galaxy Nexus and will use any ROM or Android Version necessary.
