Android 4.1 Jellybean?

Just because app brings support for the 4.1 why would that mean the notes getting it?
There are plenty of threads talking about jellybean, the answer is simple so far no word from Samsung they have only confirmed that he S3 will get it.

well yeah that goes without saying, I mean 'pure' samsung devices not the lucky devices under googles control
