Hi there, I have something in mind on how to do it in my own easy- lazy way :D Thanks in advance :good:

1. pull bootanimation.zip on my ROM
2. extract bootanimation.zip (it has part0 & part1 & desc)
3. edit size of all .png in your bootanimation (480x800 my screen size)
4. then copy and paste all modified .png to my rom's bootanimation folder (part0) and .zip it back.

Now my question is:

1. will it work?
2. my rom's bootanimation.zip has 2 folders inside, part0 & part1. Is it safe to delete part1?
3. i want to add text below the animation "Google" like "CynogenMod", possible?

Here's my rom's bootanimation.

No. part1 is defined in desc.txt so You should use bootanimation factory to redo the bootanimation :)

Use the Nexus 4 bootanimation to mantain proportions.
Extract to the desktop and mantain the structure...

Then open all the frames inside paint.net and use RESIZE

Untitled.png

Do this for all the frames.

Once You're done, download this Cyanogenmod layer

10039.jpg

Open all the Google's boot frames, add the Cyanogenmod layer and center using Align Object tool.

Untitle_SSSd.png

then select Layer Properties and select additive

SASAS.png

save selecting PNG format and "Flatten"

make this for all frames...

Then simply use the istructions above to make the bootanimation.zip using bootanimation factory :)
