Hello.So when I open my stock music app 8 at of 10 times the screen is blank and jus stays that way. I have deleted recent apps, cleared cache and data in the Music app and nothing has changed so far. This all started after I updated to kitkat. at an using a 32GB SanDisk card to hold most of my Music, I knoo Icar reset the device to probably fix this bot I'm trying to avoid that. I don't want to go through the Hassel of redoing everything. Any ideas? And thanks in advance.
