Hi I think I may have made a big mistake! I went into Advanced config app and I selected 'Fix 32bit display' the phone rebooted and now I have a red screen! And I cannot see anything else!

What should I do? Reflash?

EDIT:

Rebooted phone a few times now its gone phew!!!!

How do you change the theme? Love the new ROM just would like the stock theme. Sorry I am a flashing noob but you guys made this pretty easy.

Hey guys, very nice rom, theres just 3 things I cant get to work on it. 1. Is the market place on windows mobile, I can access and search for apps, but get a error when I try to download something (Freedom market place works well in that aspect). 2. Nokia Maps worked the first time, but after the device was rebooted it didnt work again (Not a big deal for me, just thought ide mention it) 3. The "update i8700xxlb2_fw 12.12.2 for each mi7ROM", I cant figure out how to use it.

Any advice on those 3 points will be super, but yes a very nice rom indeed. On a side note, any advice on how I can get my battery past 1 day and 4 hours? Thanks a million.

Install the latest mi7ROM and after that you can install the update.
It´s a CAB.

Put it in the CAB Sender folder and start the .bat file and press s.
You can make a backup.
After the update you dont have the MAGDLDR bootloader.
Install that after the update and you are done :)

hello friends, tnx for your posts and the feedbacks. My Omnia7 is my main handset and i can't test all reported issues. I use my mi7ROM_1c with my mi7skin and the 12.12.2 update cab. the only what not works is the backup function.When come tango 8779, then i will do a update and bugfixes ... tnx, miro

hell yeah, a really nice rom!

i had an interop unlocked omnia7 and struggled a long time with the question " custom rom yes or no", because actually I did not miss anything.
then a couple of days ago I decided to try the 1b 11.11.2 and was quite impressed of that decent work of you cookers. Unfortunately I had to eat 3 random restarts in the first week, as a consequence of not resetting the phone after the custom rom flash.

I flashed again, hard resetted the device and - what can I say - awsome rom! It runs like a charm for a week now. the only issue is a strange os freeze (pulling the battery or long klicking the power button is often neccessary to handle that freeze) at one forum, if you are reading it with the mobile ie. untill now it is the only website, causing that behavior.

thanks a lot for the great work guy!

    I have test it on mi7ROMs with 11.9.4 and 11.11.2 Firmware and update works on both firmware
    update to latest officiall SAMSUNG FirmWare 12.12.2 for 8170 mango or 8773 tango mi7ROMs

    Firmware: 2424.12.2.2
    Hardware: 3.15.0.4
    Radio software: 2424.11.9.1
    Radio hardware: 0.0.0.0
    Bootloader: 6.2.2.9

    - the update cab is signed/modify by me: delete the included xap´s (this causes the update error- tnx cees for this tip :))
    - included in the zip folder is the cab sender tool. run the WP7 Update Cab Sender.bat to start
    - press B for Backup before send cab (if you need you can restore the ROM)
    - update time ca. 40 minutes

    - after this update you get a new bootloader 6.2.2.9 and you need to install MAGDLR again

    - if you lost the lockscreen times 15, 30 min, never install wphTweaks.xap and select the tweak (pls do not use the 32-bit tweak= red screen and different bugs)

    with this update i have change the mobile operator to 000-00. reason for it = you get no zune update info! If come a new update SAMSUNG/MS i will modify/signing the cab and upload it in the ROM thread

    All the Tango ROM's have MMS video problems. So don't worry you didn't break anything.
