2 questions regarding your instructions:I'm not much of a themer but its different then what we've had. The notification panels are white because for the life of me i cannot figure out how to change the font color.
5.) adb push BlurContacts.apk /mnt/sdcard
.....
13.)cp /sdcard/BlurContacts.apk /system/app (case sensitive)

(Ports from shadys various themes)
***Wanna be sure your not going to boot loop? Make a backup and install the cwm on boot linked above. Commands are the same in recovery omitting 5&6 instead go to mounts and mount /system***
2 questions regarding your instructions:
I've used/flashed my HTC devices many, many times, so i'm not new to the process. only new to the process as it relates to the Atrix2. thanks!
- i did not see BlurContacts.apk in either attachement. did you intend to type BlurDialer.apk or is BlurContacts.apk missing?
- both attachments contain a SystemUI.apk and a framework-res.apk file, which one did you use to get the results in your pictures?
agreed, i see them too. i was referring to lfaber06's instructions for flashing the themes. he updated his post to refer to "BlueDialer.apk", vs "BlueContacts.apk". i wanted to make sure my understanding was clear so i don't have a "fubar" moment, lol.I'm running the Rom as we speak and I see both blurcontacts.apk and blurdialer.apk in my system/app
As for the second question Idk
just use this one

i have tested, it works perfect. just keep the apk in your sd card, whenever you flash any rom, root it and install the apk then u can get to recovery.
@lfaber06 - you reference this link (http://xdaforums.com/show....php?t=1385283) in your OP in case someone has a bootloop. the instructions in the link uses a the RazrBootstrap apk and the RAZR-CWMOnBoot-Global-J.Y.Daddy.zip recovery. it also suggests we can reboot to CWM on every boot. although it's for the Razr are both files safe for us to us on the Atrix2? and, will it also allow us to boot to recovery on each reboot? thanks.
thanks guys, i'm using that apk right now. however, i'm testing the on every reboot it will boot into recovery feature as described here. my understanding is that this will allow me to quickly recover from my Nan-backup "in case" i encounter a bootloop. or, is the recovery procedure to reflash the fbz, reroot, install the Atrix2BootStrap.apk and restore from a backup? apologize for all the questions, thanks.just use this one

I'm confused on the theme. I want to install the ICS Artic theme but it only has 3 of the 6 files to "push" (blurdialer, blurphone, & googlequicksearchbox are missing). Do I use the files from the other theme folder?
I think this was asked but not sure if it was answered already.
