first i'm sorry for my english, it's only poor

um.. My RAZR MAXX buy from H.K.
It's GSM version
And the system version is 65.1.40.XT910.AsiaRetail.en.03, The build number is 6.5.1-167-SPD-IRD-40

Should i wait the ota or flash it to ICS?

If Motorola weren't lying, ICS should be out in a month or less.

GSM phones can flash GSM roms, check the development section.
However, if you flash to ICS betas/leaks, you might not be able to go back to GB.

My advice: wait.
