It says that there are some changes to be made...because of LPA...and I was afraid to allow it. because I do not have a custom recovery to make backups..so viper is not functioning correctly...I need to uninstall it I guess
Uninstall is not a problem… in menu you can uninstall drivers and after that you can uninstall the apk normaly. Works fine for me on five different devices.

The LPA modding is only to set them from True to false. You need them for working with third party music Apps.
Backup the "build.prop" is enough security.
