This ROM is based on Android 4.0.4 Firmware 4.1.B.0.431 and Xperia-S base on Android 4.0.4 Firmware 6.1.A.0.452. This rom is only an experiment, because RAM is very crazy! Backup and restore xs not work now and not include. Semcphone.apk i can't to deodex this app
Use this at your own risk. I am not responsible if you damage your device. This is at free of cost for you so I will not listen to your complaints. Suggestions are welcome. But requests are forbidden.

How to install:
- Download .part01.zip, part02.zip, and copy on your sdcard.
- flash via cwm part01 next flash part02
- if you want enable facelock download update.facelock.zip and flash via cwm
- for kernel you can try boot.img on my folder or flash other kernel ICS (but i dont know it work or not).
If you found any bug after full wipe or factory reset, tell me.

Thanks for port Lasan. I would try to port it to other phones in a few days.
many apps of xperia s do not work because of framework.
I tried to port the video and radio but they did not work without framework.
i too ported the xperia s rom and sent it to my friend and he reported me that its booting but there were many size problems
As i could not test it my self I left the project.

SemcPhone.odex

these were the odex files left in app folder

Its not as easy as that. Some system app sometimes had libs associated with it, and without knowing which exactly the libs, simply copying just the apk wont work.
scratch that. found a working flashable zip here :victory:
works wonderfully with lasan's miui 2.6.22.
can u make me work semcvideo.apk which work on stock ICS rom ? i tried to push that into system apps set permissions too but its not appearing

Ported your rom to Xperia Mini(ST15i) and it works just fine(as reported by my friend)
To install rom to Mini
Install the two zips provided by Lasan and then the zip provided by Me.
Do not reboot before flashing the three zip files.

PLZ GIVE ME movie xs.apk2Got this rom working with locked bootloader on my mini. I am using the aroma config and updater script by expeacer.
If i get permissions from him and Lasan, I will upload the rom.
Aroma will have same options as ExMIUI.2
