Sorry, I didn't see your reply to mine before. Yea, the most recent JellyBam is my AOSP ROM of choice right now. I'm running it with Rohan's kernel and it's great.

i cant find a link for this rom anywhere. can someone post a link to the lastest version of this rom?

Like I posted earlier. This ROM is no longer supported by the developer. It is still a good ROM but there is a more recent version in the regular development section. It is from the creator of JellyBam and updated regularly. The link to it is below.

I just spent the last hour or so going through the following thread and following the instructions up until the flashing part.

http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1957193

and then I followed JellyBam's instructions. I wipe the cache, the dalvik cache and the system.

I followed the instructions to install JellyBam ROM and now it's stuck at the boot screen flashing white?

Helllllp.

The boot animation for JellyBam flashes white during boot up. How long did you let it wait? Also, did you flash the boot img through fastboot when you flashed the ROM? The instructions in the post you linked to explain that you have to flash the boot img along with the ROM since you are on the newer hboot.

Also, if you want to use JellyBam, use the one in the link below. This one is no longer supported.

Are there a lot of bugs????

I don't really remember. But why would you want to use a ROM that isn't supported anymore when there is a fully supported version of the same ROM in the forum. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Use the ROM that is linked to a few posts above this one. It's great. It was updated today in fact.

Now I'm thinking/hoping you were actually asking about the other JellyBam ROM that was linked to.

i went back to using RebelMOD-20121110-Liquid-JB-v2.0-RC8-evita.zip, i was wondering if anyone knows or remembers what version of PA it uses. i'm trying to find a ParanoidPreferences.apk that will work for it.

Dude, that's a pretty old ROM. Is there not a more recently updated ROM that would work for you? I'd recommend the PAC - man ROM. The 4.1 ROM is very stable and what I'm using for AOSP these days. Just a suggestion.

    Welcome to JellyBam

READ before installing: SuperSU and SuperUser apps are both included (whoops) . Disable or delete one to avoid any problems

And wipe system manually in twrp! before installing. (bug and will be fixed next update)

Credit to XDA user iGio90 for creating this ROM, I just ported it to the HTC One XL

Why choose JellyBam? A developer can say whatever he want about his ROM (Ex. that his ROM is the best in the world) but what about hearing what are people saying about JellyBam? You can read users feedbacks and reviews here![/URL]

I didn't abandon it.. just waiting for cna team to release 3.8.0 source. They also never released the 3.7.0 source either. I also tried compiling liquidSmooth with no luck.

Hey guys sorry ive been quite lately. I have been really busy.

Anyways, I actually still have my One XL, was going to buy the Nexus 4 but I didnt have the money available, and when I did it was out of stock. I think i have decided to just keep my One X, since it has been a great phone, and can do pretty much anything i throw at. AOSP roms is so stable on it anyways. 2 extra cores, better GPU and more RAM would be nice, but this phone does it all.

I will continue development soon, and I am happy zombi3 has continued working on it. I will likely post a new update tomorrow :)

Working on getting LiquidSmooth to compile today :)

    EDIT:
Still not compiling.. :/ hardware/qcom audio is causing the problem, even though im using the older one. Same one I was using when compiling CNA, and it was working. So IDK what the problem is exactly, looks like im going to have to wait till our CM10 gods(h8rift,xkonni, intervigilium etc) figure it out, until then im preparing https://github.com/rebelrom
