I just rooted and installed CM11, and am having similar problems that I've had with Cyanogenmod with my S2; weak signal and blue tooth sounds like a robot at times.

Previously I've installed an alternative modem for Telus and it corrected the problem. I'm hoping a similar fix is available.

I think you're looking for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 forums. This is for an older S phone that has "4G" capabilities.
