running CM7.1.0 - BETA 009 for about 5 hours now, no random reebot or force close app message. 3d is working with some lag and some screen tear in vertical scroll.
I have problem with touch pointer, it seems like phone not recognize touch in right most and bottom most part of screen. I do test both with YAMTT and dev test pointer location, the most right position is about 460, and bottom is about 842. Maybe that's why we have problem with 'p' in keyboard and notification bar cannot go up.

just extract .FTF file using 7zip and use the kernel.sin
kernel.sin is the stock boot.img for that FW... u can also flash it thru fastboot...

i had this issue when downloading using my PC(very hard to get through) then I found out it's so much easier downloading using my phone

FreeXperia Team will release a new flashtool soon, this will be based on fastboot, for easy switching kernels etc.
Any suggestions from users here what should be included?

to flash cm7 rom you have to take 3 steps (after unpacking the 7z archive)
step 1 - copy update.zip and GAPPS ADDON to sdcard
step 2 - flash new kernel (always use the kernel provided in CM7 / it is incompatible with stock ROM)
ON PC - run fastboot flash boot boot.img (an black window will open and will stay open untill kernel is flashed)
ON PHONE - put phone in fastboot mode (power off then press lower right key and plug usb cable) and phone LED will light BLUE
step 3
- when phone is booting (FreeXperia Logo) press volume down key several times to enter recovery
- choose apply update from sdcard and select rom
- choose apply update from sdcard and select GAPPS
- wipe device
- reboot
