If you have a AT&T 4.3 bootloader, you are out of luck because AT&T never released and completely stock 4.3 ROM. AT&T only released 4.3 as an OTA update.

Try flashing this via Odin: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2498233

If he flashes that via cwm or twrp (because it is not Odin flashable) it will simply hardback his phone again. Because it will downgrade the bootloader again... You linked him to mj2 leaked bootloaders and rom? He clearly stated he was on MJB bootloaders in the OP.

You need to use the MJB bootloader if you were on the MJB bootloader before. Anything older including the MJ2 will brick the phone again. You can use the same rom without a problem, they have an option to use MJB bootloader and MJB modem.

There is nothing in S3Rx that is Odin flash able you must use cwm or twrp for the zip files to be installed.

It's the same file you originally flashed to the sd card. You mention it in the op

But where i can found this debrick.bin for
------
su
dd if=/sdcard/debrick.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0
------
on my sdcard there is folder image with many files *.b0*,*.b1*,*.b2* and *.mdt
i can't see any debrick.bin there :(

o! It helped me. But at first i get error with write permission to /dev/block/mmcblk0
I fixed it on CWM and after this do
dd if=/sdcard/debrick.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0
and now phone boot normally!

Thanks, friends! :)
