i8190 Baseband XXAMG4 (do not use for L/N version)
Flash with your custom recovery

GT-I8190_modem.bin-XXAMG4-update.zip

If it gets stuck in bootloop or you get baseband unknown, just reboot your phone.

How? I get either baseband version: XXX or CPU stuck at 1ghz. Reflashing stock rom didn't helped

Sure, any ROM. Just make sure you don't install I8190 basebands on I8190L/N versions & vice versa. More basebands here

Do I have to flash the baseband before or after i8190_XXAMG4_XXAMG4_rootfixed.zip?
I'm living in Switzerland. "updates to the firmware of the cellular modem inside your phone" https://ohthehugemanatee.org/blog/2015/04/04/how-and-why-to-update-the-modem-slash-baseband-firmware-on-a-samsung-phone/??? Therefore I would suppose after the "rootfixed" flash.
