You must always instruct services to not touch your Flash. If they won't I'd rather pay to get it fixed ;Always some in forums that works with fixing phones:)

Yep will do that from next time!

Ah. Sorry about that. Guess you're stuck on it till someone finds an exploit for DFP-231.

Yes I m! Tried repacking img files that is cg39 and make sbf and flashed but got errors while flashing! So no way out yet!!!

MP4 Video Recording Update.

VGA+ resolution videos including 720p now use MP4 containers. (Info: 720p uses generic MPEG4 Part-2 encoding while others use H264 (Part-10 AVC) as frame-rate with 720p using H264 is too low, although it provides better quality. Edit /system/build.prop if you wish to change that.)

Things that I would like to have...
- Notification toggles.
- Volume Rocker wake.
- 1% battery steps
- 4 multitouch points (10 it's too much)
- Deepsleep

These are suggestions, obviously.

Multitouch modules are already included, and enabled. Its just set to default at 2. Just use an App that changes the number or edit /system/etc/init.d/XXmultitouch file directly.

Or, use insmod with the appropriate settings to toggle.

And 1% battery step is my next on list. Will do that as soon as I get some time. I want to do the volume rocker next, but I'm not really sure how. Will have to go through CM's sources to see how it works.

I would appreciate any technical help on how the volume rocker works.

Hi.

Volumer rocker wake is really easy. I'm a noob and I make it myself for the 4.5.1-134_DFP-231 posted by walter.

The problem is (or isn't a problem, I don't know) that your andoid.policy.jar isn't deodexed.

How to add volume rocker wake to any rom (in spanish): http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=282659
it's based on (english): http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1297237

If you give me some time, I can do for you, but not now. :(

Ah! I wanted to do the music next/previous with volume keys press and hold! Sorry, for the misunderstanding. Guess I missed the "wake" in the end.

Volume rocker, I can make a small patch. Will do it soon.

Titanium Backup gives FC when I try to restore apps in batch mode.
This never happend to me with many others roms, and I think that is because of BusyBox version. ¿It's possible?

I can't update busybox with busybox installer, i don't know why.

EDIT: Maybe this can help. I'm a newie... http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1380278

PD: What about then notification toggles? It can be possible to add?

This ROM badly needs baseband switcher. APK ver 4.1 is rebooting phone, but 4.0 that instals trough recovery works perfect.

ps
I am from central europe, and default baseband is america?!

Will this work on a regular defy?

Its should. But you'll need a battery patch that works with DFP-231.

The busybox links are added on /sbin. I've NOT overwritten ANY symlinks in /bin or /xbin by busybox. They still use the default stock. I wanted this to be as close to the stock as possible.

May be because of that. I'm not sure though - I've n't tried it. But will add a fully symlinked busybox, along with the next fully deodexed version.

OK I'm a little confused about the backup my recovery isn't recognizing it

Your recovery version is old! Please install the latest bootmenu using the given installer on the first post. That comes with the latest recovery. Or just manually update it.

Agreed. I completely forgot about that. Thanks for bringing it up. Will add soon.

    Hi,

could not install ...MD5 mismatch in CWM.

the same happened to me! :(

me too .... MD5 mismatch ....i copy the file from ver 1 also cannot .

    I can't restore this nandroid... md5 mismatch! :(

    Please reupload it again

    Same here :(

    Correctly unzipped with 7zip.

the md5 in nandroid.md5 is actually different from the system.ext3.tar one and from any other file in the directory.

Damn! Terribly Sorry guys! I will reupoload it! Meanwhile, you don't have to redownload it again. Just open the nandroid.md5 in a text editor and replace it the line with md5 of "system.tar.ext3" with

    Code:
    a1dd5d0b16b56d94b5cb77f213dcf594 ./system.ext3.tar

Save it, and now it should work!

Sorry about this. Will reupload it soon.
