Can you guys suggest me which one i should buy??
Motorola Moto G or Galaxy SIII??
&
Can you guys tell me about the GPU of SIII??

Samsung all day. Easiest to root and recover. S4 would be your better choice..

If you ask in the s3 forum most likely people say the s3.
If you ask the same question in the Motorola forum they probably say the Motorola.

It depends on your budget, if you have to spend around 250 € (350 $) for an S3 you better buy a Nexus 5 or wait for the OPO!!!
